Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Perishable goods, such as food, coffee, flowers, cannot be returned.

 

Sale Items - Merchandise 

Merchandise can be refunded, if you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at admin@heavenlyspecialtycoffee.com.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at admin@heavenlyspecialtycoffee.com

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the delivery time may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
